Let me chime in with VHam... Once again the site is opting to "fix something that isn't broken" My input: PUT IT BACK THE WAY IT WAS! That's my Quote
I took the time to write CustomerService@flirt4free.com under the following Subject Line: Anniversary Date Now Missing on Model's Profiles. Below is the a copy of what I sent.
There has been discussion in the "Technical Support" section of the "Forum" regarding the apparent unilateral decision to remove "Online since" (Anniversary date) from the model's profile page. The general consensus is dissatisfaction with this decision and for the most part, unanimously expressed desire to return this particular feature to the model's bio. Despite the fact that seven members have taken the time and made the effort to write regarding this issue (whether or not it is a "technical" matter), what is glaringly lacking is the standard response from vscustomerservice. Please forgive my sarcasm in pointing out that the standard "company line" of "Thank you for taking the time to contact us..." while adding some drivel about streamlining and improving the site is missing. At the prompting of one member, I have now taken the time to write to you. This is the second step in planned escalation regarding this matter of "What ain't broke needn't be fixed". My final planned step will be releasing a poll asking members on social media of their desires regarding continued unilateral decisions by the site.
I look forward to your reply or preferably action to return the feature to the Model's Profiles.
Regards,

Add me to the list that would like anniversary dates back on performer's bio...

At this time, the "online since" feature has been fully retired. However, we want to assure you that there are alternate ways to view similar information. If the model chooses to share their tenure on the platform, this will be displayed in the form of anniversary badges, which can be found directly on their profile.
We value your input and are here to answer any questions or provide further assistance.

This response is UNACCEPTABLE in my eyes. Your "alternate ways to view similar information" is scrolling through pages and pages of badges earned, ad nauseum, which show nothing about the date upon which those badges were earned. This is just one MORE instance in which the site has taken unilateral action for no apparent reason to make an arbitrary change which serves no identifiable purpose. If as you say the site has "fully retired" this feature, I submit it may very well become "the straw that breaks the camel's back" and will lead to my "full retirement" from the site. Quote
Thanks for the response. Very disappointed at losing a way to "celebrate" a model, similar to birthday, in a fun personalized way. While "retired" the data clearly remain since we still receive alerts about Favorites' anniversaries. The service Badges can help know how long a model has been online (seemingly capped at 15 years) but does not identify any date.
Thanks again for responding.
